Feeding on Christmas Eve

We had to take Jimmi out to feed the cows. I think she had a good time even though her arms were sticking straight out and she could hardly see. She has had a little bit of a runny nose and we all know nothing feels better than getting outside when your sick. Well on with the day, lots of plans and good times with family. O' Christmas Tree

We went and got our Christmas tree the other day, actually we got 2 because we saw another pretty one. (Yep we had tags, we didn't poach them) We knew right where they were because they are right by the fence we have to put down. So it was a quick fun trip. Jimmi had a good time with me packing her around. Our family kinda prides ourselves on our good eye for Xmas trees. I think we did a pretty good job.

Where did fall go?

We were so ready to gather cows and I was so excited to ride with Jimmi I knew she would love it. Then the dang snow came and we pretty much had to go home. We only stayed in the camper two nights and got snowed out. She did get to ride a little on a day when the sun barely came through. Oh well maybe when we bring them home it will be sunny and my little cowgirl can really ride.

Adam just had to buy Jimmi her first cowboy hat.

We went camping last weekend to sheep falls it was a lot of fun. Jesse and Russell brought their ponies with their carts, they broke them themselves and have done an awesome job it was fun to ride with them. Eric, Adam and I went golfing Sunday, let's just say we are no Tiger Woods and the people in the other fairway are pretty lucky they didn't get hit. But we did have fun. I thought the picture of Larry with the fire was funny... notice the glow in the dark mousquito, those dang things were huge.

I love this picture of my dad Jim and Jimmi. They are starting to have such a special relationship she is always so happy with him and it is so fun to see how much he adores her.

Ok I have to brag, my lil' Jimmi Lynn is the best. I am sooooo lucky to have her and Adam in my life, they are the light of my life, the mt. in my mt. dew (which I can't live without, I tried, didn't work) They both sleep through the night most nights and they both laugh at me when I dance. I love you two lil yayhoo's

Softball

This year my friend Morgan and I coached the first and second grade girls softball. We had a lot of fun and did really good, the girls were so cute with very short attention spans, a lot of dancing and visiting, that's ok I used to do the same thing. My niece Kinley was on our team which made it even more fun. ( love you Kinley, and thanks Anna for babysitting)

Ward Luau

Adam and I are on the activities committee for our ward, Tuesday we had a Luau. It was so fun and I can't believe that Adam wore that hat all night long, and even my parents got into it. but the cutest of all was Jimmi Lynn, I figured it was ok for her to wear coconuts, I made her grass skirt out of a pom-pom. It was a pretty fun night until those dang mosquitos came out.

Brandin' Time

Well it's that time of year again. We branded our calves and sent them up to the pasture before we turn them on to the range. It is always such an exciting day, usually the first day I get sunburned. Oh ya it happened again but only on my left arm because I was driving the horse trailer with my arm hanging out the window. Jimmi rode with me and slept the whole time. It was her first branding, she did so good. A lot more to come.

Blessing Day and Birthdays

We had such a fun weekend, Ryan, Beth and Ender came home for Jimmi's blessing. It was so nice to spend time with them and what a cute lil' boy they have with such a huge personality. They all have birthdays around this time so we went bowling and had a birthday party at our house. We don't get to see them very much so it was great to have them here for the weekend.

Jimmi was blessed by Grandpa Jim on Sunday, it was such a beautiful blessing and was all in all an awesome day. We had dinner at our house and played sing star with the kids. Sooo much fun!!

We are so grateful to have such a wonderful family, everyone is so special to us and we are so lucky to have most of them close to us to enjoy these times together.
